IT Support Pricing

For Home users we charge a $20.00 call out fee and $33.00 per hour.

We have set prices for rebuilds offsite.

Pickups will have an additional $20.00 call out fee added

Rebuild pc/laptop...............$150.00 (you backup and restore your own data)

Rebuild with backup and restore..........$210.00

Remote support.

We offer a new kind of support for our clients, get you compuer fixed up over the phone with one of our engineers working away on your computer remotly!!!

We offer home users an exclusive low cost rate for remote support to keep your costs down.

We use a fully secure, encrypted remote support application which you can download HERE. once you have installed the application (assistance available if needed) you will be given a ID number and a randomly generated password each time you open it to keep it further secure.

Remote Support Pricing

Single sessions.............$10.00 per hour

monthly in advance.......$17.00 a month

3 months subscription...$15.00 a month

6 months subscription...$12.00 a month

For businesses we offer a talor made IT solution to suit your needs and business demands.
