All welcome from 6 years and up, please note that all fees must be paid on a monthly basis.
monthly fee will be for 4 x 1.25 hr classes.
All new starters must pay an insurance fee of £6 at start of first lesson.

Selected for Welsh Team
Stephen Cocks Ist Dan, has been selected again to represent Wales in the Junior European Championship in Tallin, Estonia, at the end of February. We wish Stephen all the luck and bring back those medals!
ITF Wales Grand Prix 2011 - Stage 1 - 20th February
Starts at 9am sharp!
All students should attend this event, it normally will finish no later than 2pm, so a good event to start your competition career. All grades are welcome to compete. You should all have full sparring pads if wish to enter the sparring events. You can get these from Mr Black and will have to have at least a week notice if require them for this event.
Please note that all monies and entry forms must be in a week before the event. Cost is £15 each.
