Chiropractic
I see Chiropractic as a form of energy work, as it is a means to release blocked and stagnated energy, and return the flow.
Your spine contains and protects your spinal cord, from which nerves exit and supply energy and information to organs and muscles. Each vertebrae is related to a specific set of muscles and organs. When you move or breathe, your vertebrae move as well. When one of them gets stuck in a movement pattern, this is called a subluxation, and inhibits, irritates, or interferes with the flow of energy and information to the organs/muscles. This can cause dysfunction and result in dis-ease in those areas of the body. Chiropractic adjustments correct the subluxation so that all the energy and the proper information can get to where it needs to go so that your body can begin to function properly again.

Chiropractic Doctors are well educated: After the required pre-med undergraduate studies, todays Doctor of Chiropractic completes an additional four-year program at a government accredited chiropractic college accruing about the same number of classroom hours as medical doctors.
Doctors of Chiropractic are real doctors: Like other types of doctors, chiropractic doctors meet stringent national and state licensing requirements, follow a strict code of ethics, and are approved by governmental agencies as physicians. They must complete 15 hours of continuing education every year, and are certified in CPR.
Chiropractic is scientific: With todays high-tech diagnostic equipment, researchers are affirming what chiropractic doctors have known all along. A consistent scientific protocol is used to locate malfunctioning areas of the spine. Studies show chiropractic care is the best choice for relief of all spinal-related conditions.
Chiropractic adjustments feel good: Like lifting a heavy rock off your toe, patients report their chiropractic adjustments feel good as normal spine motion is restored.
Chiropractic is safe: This year thousands of people will die from medically prescribed drugs and medicine. Of the millions of patients benefiting from chiropractic this year, barely a handful will have a negative experience. Malpractice rates for chiropractors are lower than other health care professionals; therefore, chiropractic is the safest of all the health care disciplines.
Continue care as long as you want: Like regular dental checkups, once patients experience the value of chiropractic, many choose to continue. How long you decide to benefit from chiropractic care is always up to you.
The truth is chiropractic is a conservative, drug-free approach to better health that has helped millions and millions of people since 1895.
