We aim to provide a complete range of computer related services. We can resolve software problems, remove viruses or spyware and supply and install new hardware components - either repairs or upgrades. We build new bespoke PC systems to order and can provide network installation and maintenance.
We are experienced in the repair and maintenance of P.C.'s, Macs and Linux Systems and all laptops. We aim to fix most problems within a matter of hours not days and pride ourselves on being able to fix almost any problem within 24 hours.

As most computers do not actually need upgrading or extra parts we have a standard charge of £20 p.h for labour and a £10 initial call out fee. This is a one off charge and is not payable on every visit.
Computer components vary in price on a day by day basis. However we will strive to get you the best products for the cheapest prices. Without disregarding quality.

All hours of onsite report stated above will rollover if not used to following months up to a maximum of 30 hours. Overnight laptop repair will be overnight providing no additional parts are needed to fix the problem, this may take longer dependent on parts availability
A laptop suddenly switching off, or continually crashing can usually be fixed without too many problems. We specialise in repairing broken laptops and complete data recovery. We will even back your vital data up to disk if necessary for you.

Basic repairs to get you working again can be carried out on the same day. Older machines and laptops are no problem. Repairs are normally carried out at your premises to minimise the cost to you, however, if necessary we will arrange to collect your machine and repair it at our premises for a small extra charge. (Typically £10 collection fee)
More comprehensive repairs (including upgrades and/or data and program retrieval) are also possible at your residence or place of business.

In 90% of cases we can recover all of the data lost, however It should be noted that if a Hard Drive fails completely (either electronically or mechanically), the recovery of data is practically impossible. We can install a new drive, and re-load operating systems and programs, and help you to replace as much of the original content as is possible.
We can supply and fit all types of upgrade hardware, and ensure that it is compatible and value for money. For example, a normal home computer (perhaps 3 or 4 years old) might not have a CD rewriter. These CD units are very reasonably priced nowadays, but they still require a certain minimum specification of machine to use them. We can examine your PC, and discuss whether it would require any other upgrade to enable the installation of the CD rewriter.
Most home and office stand-alone PCs can benefit from upgrading. Extra memory is good value for money and replacement large capacity hard-drives are an easy way to increase storage space on your PC.
