My name is Lindsey Gonzales and I am the Owner and main coordinator of Inspire. I have been coordinating weddings for four years and was professionally certified as a wedding planner through U.S. Event Guide.
There are a couple of things that make Inspire different from other companies. First, to successfully execute your wedding, we always use two on-site coordinators; one for the bride, and one for the groom. We feel that by using two coordinators, we can give more attention to not only the details of the wedding, but also you, the couple.
Inspire is also different because we are personally involved. We believe that on your wedding day, it is important to have someone handling the details that is not only professional and organized, but also someone with whom you can share and experience the day. We strive to make you feel as though you are not looking at a company or service when you see us; but instead friends that you can trust to take care of your every need!

Prior To Wedding Day
• Two in person consultations with your primary wedding coordinator within one month of your wedding day
• One of the two consultation will be at the venue or venues prior to the event to go over timeline and visualize the wedding day
• Unlimited phone and e-mail consultations with your primary coordinator 31 days before your event to answer ANY questions or concerns
• Full service advocate between you and your pre-chosen vendors on any last minute problems, questions, or misunderstandings
• Full service execution with two on site wedding coordinators on wedding day from start to finish
• Co-direction and coordination of wedding rehearsal with officiant (if one is present)
• Creation of detailed hour-by-hour timeline of entire wedding day to be distributed to all of your pre-chosen vendors and participants of wedding
• Communication with all vendors to review contracts and packages to ensure proper delivery of services and products
• Checklist of tasks to be reviewed and completed between you and your primary coordinator within 31 days of your event
On The Wedding Day
• Greet and coordinate with all vendors
• Greet Bride and Grooms family and wedding party to ensure everyone is on time and all questions are answered
• Take care of all vendors needs and questions
• Oversee the set-up of ceremony and reception areas
• Set-up and tear down of accessory items such as guest book and pen, wedding favors, programs, card box, cake knife, toasting glasses, etc.
• Help direct guests to ceremony and reception areas
• Crowd control throughout the entire wedding day
• Ensure Bride is ready to enter ceremony (placement of dress, veil, bouquet, etc.)
• Cue musicians to begin ceremony and reception
• Ensure the reception is set up and ready for guests before the banquet doors are opened
• Line up wedding party and prepare DJ and family members before the grand entrance into reception
• Coordinate with chef and / or catering staff to ensure excellent dinner service
• Prep DJ and people designated for speeches and toasts
• Answer all questions from vendors, guests, and wedding party to keep the couple from being overwhelmed with details
• Manage any unexpected emergencies quickly and efficiently
• Execute the timeline as closely as possible while ensuring the day maintains a good flow of events
• Serve as peace of mind for the wedding couple as well as their families
As a mother of an only daughter, I was concerned about the preparation of her wedding. We interviewed quite a few wedding planners, and instantly we were so impressed with Lindsey. She has an amazing presence when you are working with her. Her organization skills were very, very impressive. She came to our meetings fully prepared with a list of every question you can imagine when planning a monumental occasion. Inspire truly saved my wedding. We had a bit of an unique experience with Inspire because they were actually our wedding 911. The venue we had chosen included a wedding coordinator with the package and so we did not think we would need to hire another coordinator. Within days of our wedding we realized the venue’s coordinator was only interested with the details concerning the venue; not the wedding as a whole. We called Inspire at the very last minute and asked for help. We had two coordinators there the whole day that made sure everything ran smoothly.
