LIBRE KNIFE FIGHTINGLibre Knife Fighting is a direct and aggressive street-based discipline, designed to break through an opponents defense using as array of feints, footwork, body angling, checks, locks, and clearing motions. Our knife training is unique, in that it is one of the few disciplines where the practitioner learns the art of attacking with the blade, rather than waiting to respond to a bladed attack. We believe that waiting for an aggressor to actually take a slash at you is tantamount to waiting for someone with a gun to pull the trigger. If someone is threatening you with a blade, and is close enough to cut you, you should be attacking.Knife fighting is a dangerous and unforgiving endeavor that no one in his or her right mind would ever engage in willingly. Even those who are adept in the use of the blade may emerge victorious and still sustain life-ending injuries in an actual knife fight. That being said, cultivating skill with the blade can greatly increase your odds for survival should you ever have to engage in knife combat.LIBRE STREET BOXINGLibre Street Boxing is the unarmed aspect of Libre Fighting. LSB is based in western boxing principles but also utilizes heabutts, elbows, sweeps, picks, flesh manipulations and biting techniques.REAPER METHODReaper Method is a streamlined version of Libre Fighting, taught entirely in the Scythe Grip (ice pick, blade facing in) designed to be learned in a seminar format. Reaper Method is ideal for military, law enforcement, martial arts schools or anybody looking to learn a simple but devastating knife system in a short amount of time.Reaper Method focuses on using stabbing, ripping, and filleting attacks to dispatch attackers.LIBRE RAZORLibre Razor is the art of fighting with the straight razor. The razor movements are fast, chaotic and deceptive.

MODULAR LEARNING
The Libre Fighting Modular Learning System (LFMLS) is a groundbreaking new way of learning the discipline of the knife. It is an ideal way for Instructors to implement Libre Knife Fighting into their schools existing curriculum.The LFMLS is a private instructional program broken down into four levels. At the completion of each level, the student is awarded a corresponding Associate Level rank, and is authorized to implement that material into their schools curriculum. At the completion of the fourth level, the student is awarded the rank of Certified Trainer, and is authorized to award rank within Libre Fighting.Fees:Training in San Diego: $350.00 per level.At your Location: $500.00 + travel and lodging expenses per level.(Ask about seminar/LDMLS package deals)Inquire at librefighting_yahoo.com

The participant will film themselves working the material in each lesson and upload it to their Youtube account as a PRIVATE video, then SHARE it with the LFDLP account. At the completion of Phase One, the Participant will be given the option to move into Phase Two of the LFDLP. At the Completion of Phase Two, the participant will be given the option of training privately here in San Diego (Phase Three) to become a Certified Libre Fighting Trainer. Libre Fighting Trainers are authorized to run their own Libre Fighting Chapter and promote students up to instructor status within their organization. We do offer another option for the in-person part of the certification process. To help offset the cost of travel, arrangements can often be made to bring myself or a Master Disciple to your location for certification. While there, we will conduct a 4-hour seminar at no additional charge to help you cover the travel expenses involved, and to help bring awareness to your new Chapter. Arranging the seminar and recruiting students is the responsibility of the program participant, but we will help advertise the event through our online resources. PHASE ONE: $199.00 PHASE TWO: $199.00 PHASE THREE: $350.00 in San Diego. ($450.00 + Travel and Lodging at if done at your location. Seminar if conducted at no additional charge.)
