Atlanta Realty Connection provides Real Estate Virtual Assistance and Support to agents and brokers. Founded in 2005 by Lori Sargent, a licensed Georgia Realtor, Atlanta Realty Connection was created to provide your business with personal administrative support and the solutions required to help you succeed in the Real Estate Industry. Lori understands the importance of staying connected to her clients. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality enable her to provide exceptional service with a personal touch.

What is a Virtual Assistant?
According to the IVAA; " A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced technological mode of communication and data delivery a VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis." We are well trained assistants, but save you time and money by providing services only when you need it.
Why Invest In A VA?
What Is The Benefit Of Utilizing A Real Estate Virtual Assistant?
You will save time and money by hiring a REVA. There is no overhead costs for you. REVA'S have their own office, supplies and equipment. Because I am self-employed, you do not have to worry about paying for overhead costs related to insurance, payroll, vacation benefits, etc. REVA'S have the necessary technological skills and self-discipline to manage a business, in essence becoming "your virtual right hand". Hiring a REVA eliminates the time consuming task of hiring, training, and paying for a full-time employee. It is one of the best ways to capitalize on productivity, manage your business, and achieve you goals. You get the benefit of outsourcing along with the dedication of a loyal employee.
How Does This Save You Money?
The actual cost of an employee after factoring in benefits, overtime, vacations, sick leave and any other unproductive time is actually 2-3 times their salary.
You only pay us for the actual time spent working on your projects, which translates to 100 percent productivity. We track our time using billing software that tracks to the 1/10th of an hour (six minutes). Because of our years of experience and the technology we have available, we can accomplish much more in less time, than the average in house staff assistant. This allows us to deliver even more of a savings to our clients.
What About Confidentiality?
In this ever-expanding global market, confidentiality is a main priority.I work with the highest of standards of Ethics and Professionalism. I follow the same guidelines taught in the Georgia Real Estate Ethics Course as well as the Georgia Real Estate License Laws and Rules. I will protect any confidential information obtained in the performance of my duties and shall not use such information for personal gain nor in any manner that would be detrimental to my client or any other party.
Process
How does our client relationship work?
We begin with a free complimentary consultation during which time you will have the opportunity to tell us about your business and the type of assistance you are looking for. We will explain how our business works and some of the ways that we might help you with effectively managing some of your administrative tasks.
Our conversation will also allow us to get to know each other and decide if we would be a good fit. Once we decide to engage in a client relationship, you will be provided with a Client Information Package which will include our Retainer Contract, Confidentiality Agreement, Code of Ethics and other pertinent documentation.
When work begins, we utilize various forms of communications, predominantly email, but also, telephone, virtual conference rooms, instant messaging, faxing, U.S. Mail, and couriers. Weekly telephone conferences help build our professional relationship, and help us to better serve your needs. As with any relationship, it is very important to partner the right VA with the right clients; when this happens, astounding results are inevitable.
Developing a strong ongoing client relationship is of utmost importance to us, and we only work with a handful of select clients. Our time is billed hourly, and there are several retainer packages to choose from. The more hours that you commit to us, the greater the savings will be for you.
Terms Of Service
Realizing that each client has a unique set of needs and budget constraints, Atlanta Realty Connection strives to accomodate these differences by offering several different pricing options for services which are very competitive among the Virtual Assistant Industry.
The following is a basic guideline for you to see how we can establish a good working relationship.
Contracts:
A signed contract is required prior to the establishing of a business relationship. The contract outlines all the details so there is no confusion of what is expected by both parties.
Method of Invoicing:
All invoices are sent via email with an attached time sheet. ARC uses FreshBooks Time Tracking and Quicken .
Expenses incurred for projects are accurately tracked and added to the invoices. ARC does not charge for minor, miscellaneous expenses; however postage, shipping costs, long distance and printing through an outside source are reimbursed.
With today's technology there are several ways now to send payment for services rendered. I hope that you will find the following ways convenient.
U.S. Mail, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Business/Personal Check, PayPal
Hourly Plan:
All work performed under this Plan will be billed at an hourly rate.
An invoice will be presented to you on the 1st and 15th of each month with my detailed Time Sheet in order to determine how much time was spent on a particular project.
There may be a deposit required for large projects.
Retainer Plan:
Often, clients like to start with a per-project arrangement, in order to get a feel of how the relationship will work. By using ARC as your VA, we are creating a partnership, so to speak. Using a monthly retainer based upon your needs enables us to develop a strong, professional relationship, and retainer fees are discounted to save you 10%-20% of our standard hourly rate.
I offer a monthly retainer of 10 hours or more per month.
A monthly invoice will be emailed to you with a time sheet attached.
Custom Pricing Plans/Per Project:
As we all know, there are times when you must have a project completed outside of normal business hours. A surcharge will apply to all "Rush" and Evening/Weekend project deadlines. This is something both ARC and the client will discuss and agree to prior to the assignment.
I am always available to my clients should the need arise.
Due to the varying nature of services provided to my clients, quotes are provided on a per-project basis. A 50% deposit is required on all project plan assignments prior to work being started.
I am happy to discuss a customized pricing plan that can be tailored to fit your particular needs. Once we establish the assignment I can determine a price.
Other Terms:
My fees for services performed are billed in real time, by the minute.
Once I determine the scope of the project, a 50% deposit will be required before work can begin.
There is a fee for returned checks in the amount of $25.00.
There is a fee imposed for late payment. This fee is a percentage of the outstanding balance.
