Leticia Castro is currently a part of Lucha Libre USA Masked Warriors as Co-Host and Ring Announcer, show which airs nationwide on MTV2. Leticia is also the Weather Anchor at Noticias Univision Nevada, number one spanish newscast in the state of Nevada. She also works as a model for various brands, commercials, catalogs, music videos, and representing national and international companies as their image and spokesmodel. Castro also has a Youtube Channel where she shares her likes with the world through beauty tutorials, tips, and vlogs.Leticia is best known for her participation in Univision's hit show "Nuestra Belleza Latina" where she placed as 4th runner up nationwide. This opportunity led her to work as a TV Host and Reporter in Entertainment & Community segments and ultimately her current position as Weather Anchor with Univision Nevada. Leticia was also a finalist on yet another nationally broadcasted tv show, SiTV's Model Latina (NuVo TV) in the show's second season.Leticia Castro was born October 17 in California from Mexican parents, and grew up in the fabulous city of Las Vegas! Leticia started her modeling and acting career at the age of 15, after a successful audition for a Anti-Tobacco Campaign where she got one of the spots as a model out of thousands of hopefuls, this gave her a boost of confidence and led her to participate in her first beauty pageant where she took home the crown. There she experienced for the taste of a real large audience applause and decided that the feeling was something she wanted to keep . She received a scholarship to a modeling and acting academy and went on to prepare herself with training in the fields and continued to participate in the beauty pageants, where she always placed as runner up or won the title; Thus, giving her more confidence, experience, and the oportunity to help others through community service and volunteer work with non-profit organizations.Leticia was initally discovered at the age of 5 at a mall in California by a talent scout for Disney Channel. Her parents say she was a camera lover way before she could even walk and talk, but being such a small child her parents decided not go further into the entertainment industry so her little girl could decide her career path on her own.. Once again the story repeated itself , only this time it was in Las Vegas at the age of 15, and from there her history is still being written.
