1 Chapel St is a beautifully renovated townhouse right in the middle of Charleville Town. The building dates from the beginning of the nineteeth century and was a prebsbytery for the Catholic curates for the old Catholic Church opposite which was built in 1812.
It has now been refurbished and has both gas and electrical heating and a stay here represents fantastic value for money.
This townhouse is ideal for people visiting adjacent Ballyhoura Country, for those requiring a temporary stay in Charleville and for those who wish to centralise themselves in the 'Heart of Munster' from which they are a mere 22 miles from Limerick, 37 from Cork, 36 from the Rock of Cashel, 29 miles from the Blarney Stone and 40 miles from the Burren in Co. Clare.. The town itself is a thriving business centre and is the cultural capital of North Cork.
Ground floor consists of living room, hallway and kitchen. There is a bathroom with shower off the kitchen. The backyard affords rear access to the building and as well as a bicycle shed hosts a spacious laundry room.
