We offer the following service as slandered:

Installation only - We can install equipment that has been purchased from someone other than FOL. this will include test and commission of the equipment but would exclude equipment warranty.

Commission only - We can commission any equipment as long as the equipment is fully compliant with EN60118-4

(formerly BS6083) and BS7594:1993 and has been installed into the room

Repair - We offer a repair facility to existing and new customers with a 60-day warranty after repairs have been completed.

Service - We offer a onsite service for all induction, InfraRed and FM systems within the UK.

Maintenance - We offer a range of different types of maintenance contracts for all different budgets.

New Systems - Our new system service offers a FREE no obligation site survey and a no obligation quotation within 48 hr of the first site visit.

If you are satisfied with our quotation and you would like to proceed, we will then send an order acknowledgment including the name of the engineer that will carry out your installation.

We will then contact you with an installation start and completion time.

If you are looking for something to assist in complying with currant DDA legislation but we do not provide this equipment.....

With many people beating the January blues by booking staycations, Action on Hearing Loss is urging holidaymakers with hearing loss to know their rights and check the accessibility of hotels they are considering booking.

Under the Equality Act 2010, UK services including hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs must make reasonable adjustments to be accessible to people with disabilities. This means that accommodation managers must ensure that people who are deaf or hard of hearing can enjoy the same level of service as other guests. However, not all hotels are as accessible as they should be and this can cause frustrating experiences for guests with hearing loss.

Action on Hearing Loss is urging people with hearing loss to avoid future disappointment by contacting their accommodation options in advance and checking what steps they will take to meet their individual communication needs.

The charity is advising staycationers to ask if the accommodation has:

Staff trained in basic deaf awareness

A hearing loop in reception, and when the last time they checked that it was working

Rooms with an amplified telephone with an in built hearing loop and a flashing doorbell

Procedures to alert guests with hearing loss when their fire alarm is activated and a system designed for guests with hearing loss

Televisions with subtitles already set up in rooms

FOL Ltd and all4dda offer a range of service and maintenance contracts, in addition to optional one off visits, to guarantee that you get the most out of your system and where applicable, continue to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act, EN60118-4 .

Our service and maintenance visits includes:

Visual inspection of all installed components for continued safety.
