Dedicated to overall health and fitness, we're a fun loving group. Sometimes we laugh/cry, joke, chat, goof off, share info and blow off steam, because it's not only about looking good on the outside, but also about feeling good on the inside! The combination is sure to produce an overall better YOU!! At some point in the very beginning, the personal trainer will sit down with you to find out a little about you. Your eating habits, what you hope to accomplish, what you hope to gain/loose, etc...
We will work out a plan for you to join us on a trial basis - at no cost to you - so you'll have an idea of how we operate. And if you enjoy the company and support, come back with your payment and positive attitude to begin your journey...

Trainer information:
I am available 5 days a week - our down/rest days are Thursday and Sunday; the cost is a monthly fee whether you attend all 5 days or 3 days. The Saturday time slot is flexible, but not earlier than 6am or later than 8am for a start time. At every session, we train for 1 hour and it includes: Stretching, warm-up, exercise and cool down.
