It has a Board of Trustees who are ultimately responsible for the Company' s financial and operational performance and conformity to Company's House and the Charity Commission's regulations.
Day to day management is the responsibility of the Management committee made up of a CEO and the managers of each company department - Gardens, Farming, Care and Support, Education and Training, Retail Sales and Fund raising

Our vision is to see healthier, happier more skilled individuals cooperating in their community, in work and in shared leisure pursuits to the benefit of all.
AIMS
to provide a rural environment where our beneficiaries can share in growing produce, caring for livestock, learning countryside skills and maintaining and protecting the environment
OBJECTIVES
To help disadvantaged, elderly, disabled, excluded, lonely and troubled people develop skills, self-confidence in order to play a full part in their family, community or workplace environment.

Please contact us in person if you feel you have the capacity to to help Grow succeeedby volunteering your time, in any of the functions involved in the day to day operation of the organisation. Volunteers are the backbone of any charitable venture.

On the first Tuesday of each month residents and business people from around the Cheltenham area come to socialise and have a good night whilst also supporting a worthy cause. For a very reasonable £15 you will enjoy two courses of delicious food at some of the best restaurants in Cheltenham. Of course there will always be the opportunity to make additional donations if you feel that the meal is worth more than £15!

All proceeds from the sale of our calendars will be put to Grow's general fund. As a new Charity demands on this fund are endless - developing and improving our produce plans, providing rest, transport and support to our more elderly members; recruiting and training permanent and volunteer staff and so on!
