Perbacco was established in 2001 by Sicilian chef, Salvatore "Sal" Valente. Once he earned his degree from Culinary Institute of Italy, he opened Perbacco to serve authenticTuscan entres in a sophisticated setting.
Our menu is famous for its traditional Italian cuisine, from caprese salades to neapolitan pizzas and custom deserts. Our restaurant is open daily and serves lunch and dinner. Perbacco has been featured on the Food magazine and was rated as One of the Top 20 Best Restaurants in Tuscany.
