Odyssie, aka Brian-Keith Grimes Jr, the bother of Know-Flow began to develop his musical talents at a young age. By age 6 he began to take drum lessons. Playing the king sized drum set helped Odyssie to enhance his already natural musical rhythm. Inspired by his brothers musical talents, Odyssie began writing lyrics in the 5th grade, and within a year he had written well over 200 songs. Listening primarily to the old school music heard on then 103.9 the hottest Philadelphia station for hip hop and R&B, Odyssie developed a style filled with sly word play and trash talk. Odyssie continued to develop this style throughout time in middle school. As a high school freshman Odyssie and Know-Flow collaborated to produce their first amateur album which was titled The Odyssie. This album formed a crucial building block from which the two could define themselves as true artists. Within a year know-flow began producing his own instrumentals, which introduced a unique blend of sounds into the hip-hop beat. Odyssies masterful ability to interpret beats meshed well with Know-Flows instrumentals and the two produced a second amateur album entitled Oddies Quest, which was the first all natural, completely original album that the two had composed. Within another year the two created a third album, Odyssie as major artist, and Know-Flow as producer/beat-maker. Odyssie is currently working on his first professional album, which will be sure to please crowds of all ages and persuasions. His ability to twist and turn words into smooth sounding similes paints a mental picture that seems too real to have been imagined.
