The Children's Children Age is something intangible. One sometimes speaks of childish adults or even of the wise old souls that inhabit certain children. Everyone has at some time felt as though he or she was always just their same old self from their very first memory. Karina Lapierre-Douglas and her husband, Stuart Douglas, are in the process of putting together a book of mysterious images and poems entitled The Children's Children. This multidisciplinary collaboration is based on turn of the (19th) Century portraits of children and the poems which accompany them are the sometimes dark narratives of these children. Publication is expected for 2010.
