The K!PTeam community was unofficially started back in 2006, when I got Counter Strike: Source (CSS) for christmas. K!PTeam already existed at the time, since my best friend at the time was using it as his clantag ("kip" is the Dutch word for chicken). I quickly became co-leader of the clan, and we continued to play CSS for what seemed like ages.
On January 19, 2008, we decided it would be cool to make a Steam community and website to make sure people wouldn't nick our name. We stayed very active on CSS for about a year, and got some new clanmembers in the meantime.
By December 2008, my new best friend Redbery bought CSS and joined K!PTeam, which encouraged me to start working on our website again, and restart recruiting members. Unfortunately Redbery and my old best friend got into some minor arguments, which made my fellow clanleader leave and start his own clan (AsS), leaving me as the only leader of K!PTeam.
I decided I didn't want to lead the clan on my own, and made Redbery the new co-leader. Redbery has been doing a great job ever since and therefor I'm glad to have him on the team.

*PC players: Own the game Counter Strike: Source
*PS3 players: Own Battlefield 3 and join our platoon on Battlelog
*Always wear our KIP clantag when playing BF3 or CSS
*Age: 14+
*Add our clan leaders to your friends list on Steam and/or PSN
*Always follow the commands of the higher ranks when playing private clan wars or ladder matches
*Speak decent English
*Do not hack, cheat or level boost your way into games
*Be able to use (we will be switching between these):

-This is the rank you get when still on your 1 week trial
-You are not allowed to wear our clan tag yet
2. Private First class 
Privates form the basic foundation of our clan. This rank is awarded for completing a one week trial.
You are now allowed to:
-Recruit new members
-Wear our clan tag
3. Staff sergeant 
Sergeants have been in the clan long enough to see our basic principles.
You are now allowed to:
-Look for clan matches on CS:S
-Lead squads in Battlefield 3 public games
4. Master sergeant 
Being a Commander requires you to know the proper war strategies, and show skill where needed. Prove yourself a member worthy this title.
You are now allowed to:
-Give orders during private clan wars on both CS:S and BF3
5. Commanding Sergeant major 
Generals are the clan's most trusted members. This rank is earned by serving our clan for a long period of time, showing initiative, leadership, honor and skill.
Allowed to:
-Manage the forums
-Be admin on our voice channel(s)
-Take part in leader discussions
6.Clan leader 
These are the clan owners.
Allowed to:
-Basically do anything :p
