This service is for the executive or out of town couple. We work as the liaison between you and your selected vendors.
Every detail is attended to by your personal coordinator.
Throughout the entire process, we work for you as if it were our own wedding.
Every aspect is planned, the Full Planning & Coordination package takes care of it all!
Kimspirations! will work through your wedding day, to ensure every detail is as planned or a suitable alternate is arranged.
Planning Ahead:
We start by providing a complimentary initial Meet and Greet to discuss your vision for the day.
Full Planning & Coordination includes (once booked and initial payment is received):
Depending on the size of your event, the Full Planning & Coordination package will include a minimum of 1-3 coordinators to ensure you have a flawless day.
Fee for this service is $2,250
for weddings up to 200 guests.
Full Planning & Coordination PLUS
Includes all of the above plus:

Day-of/Month-of Coordination
Day-of Coordination is really Month-of Coordination.
We want and encourage you to relax and enjoy being the guest of honour at your own wedding! You shouldn't have to be concerned with whether or not the vendors show up, if the centerpieces are on the tables, when to make your grand entrance or when to cut the cake. Day-of coordination is for the couple that has accomplished the huge task of planning the entire wedding, but simply needs someone to oversee the big day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

A La Carte
For the couple who needs help at any stage of planning and organizing. Your consultant will provide vendor referrals, venue recommendations, basic contract review, budget analysis, etiquette advice, design and decor recommendations, logistical analysis, schedules, and timelines.
If you need help getting started or just need to be pointed in the right direction, our consultations are beneficial in helping you sort out all of the details of planning your wedding the right way.
Consultations include:
Progress meetings.
Vendor referrals.
Venue recommendations.
Basic contract review.
Budget analysis.
Etiquette advice.
Logistical analysis.
Schedules and timelines.
Unlimited email access.
This service can be contracted on an hourly basis. Consultations do not include wedding day direction, however these services can be added at any time during the planning process, provided the dates are not contracted. Many couples choose to combine the consultation service with the wedding day direction service to ensure that wedding day plans are executed seamlessly.
Wedding Website
If you would like to add a Wedding Website to Day-of/Month-of Cordination or as a A La Carte Service we would be happy to put it together for you and to keep it updated.
We are use to adding details for visitors to St. john's or Newfoundland.
Fee for this service is $300.

This package includes services both at home and away at the destination.
- Budget allocation and management

Fee for this service is $500.00 plus
any travel expenses for the Wedding Coordinator including: travel, any related taxes or port charges, food, at-destination transportation, and lodgings.
(In some cases Hotels and Airlines will provide travel and accommodation for the Coordinator provided enough guests are booked through them) These items would be invoiced separately.

Terms and Conditions:
Do I have to wash the table cloths after we use them?
Of course not! The rental price includes laundering and pressing. Just shake them out and put them in the bags we provided. Well take it from there.
How will they be packaged when I receive them?
All linens will be pressed, folded and wrapped in protective plastic. Table skirting will arrive in protective plastic (which you return them to after use)
Am I responsible for food stains?
Generally , No. Nearly all common food stains (coffee, wine, punch, gravy, meat sauce stain, alcohol and chocolate, etc) can be removed during the linen processing. If an accident happens with a cup of coffee or red wine, or if the spaghetti sauce gets a little out of hand. Dont worry about it. Weve just about seen it all.
What am I responsible for?
You are held responsible for linens returned with excessive amounts of food attached to them, candle wax, handwriting from ink pens or markers, etc., burns, mildew, and excessive "ground in" dirt. (Usually a result of using the table linen as a "mop" to clean up after the party .)
We wish all our rentals return with no damages, and the majority usually are...however if an item is not returned or is returned with damage and is not reusable the replacement cost will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of delivery/pickup to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure when not in use and protected .

You walk into the first reception venue on your list, and fall in love and decide to write a deposit check. Sometimes that works fine; other times, it doesn't. A week later you may hear about a place that costs less and offers more.
THE SOLUTION: Investigate. If you're the spreadsheet type, plug in details - cost, services, extras, terms - for every vendor you consider. Even if you end up going back to that love-at-first-site place, you know you did your due diligence.
LETTING YOUR GUEST LIST GET THE BEST OF YOU
It's a simple math equation: More people equals more money. But it's tempting to be generous.
THE SOLUTION: Figure out how many guests you can actually afford. Split your list among your own guests, your groom's and your parents'. Then have everyone chop from the bottom and create a "B" list. Order extra reply cards and send these after the initial RSVPs come in and you know you have space.
MAKE SURE EVERY VENDOR OFFERS YOU A CONTRACT AND DEPOSIT RECEIPTS
The contract should outline what you are getting for your money , when payments are due and what the vendor/venue is prepared to do in unforseen circumstances.
If they do not offer a contract or will not sign a contract take your business elsewhere.
