We are here to serve our client companies and do so by subscribing to the “FANAFI” principle as written about by the entrepreneur and author Steve Gottry. He said that his total success in developing his very productive and profitable business was to follow the FANAFI principle (find a need and fill it). That is what our total existence depends on. How we do that is what makes us stand out among other staffing and recruiting companies.
With over 30 years of owning and operating successful small businesses Mel Saunders has a hands on approach to the recruiting process. We use a direct recruiting method and the 4 words that have been most successful for us are “who do you know”. Combine that with the work ethic our people have (we only work half days from 7 to 7) we do get the job done.
Our Florida location has Mel Saunders and two Researchers/Administrative Assistants. Their job is to seek out the names and contact information of those individuals who fit the requirements for the position. Mr. Saunders conducts all interviews and makes all presentations.
We have a can do approach to the recruiting process. We try not to take on a project we know we can not successfully complete.
We have participated in over 2,500 searches over the years and have satisfied the needs of hundreds of clients.
