WHAT WE DO

ConsultancyComPas provides consultancy for business processes, performance management and business performances. Through these services we assist customers in enhancing their business objectives by developing training courses and curriculum.Building on the experience of implementing successful business solutions over a number of years, the company has designed and adopted an environment called the Structures Implementation Program which encompasses Need Assessments, Design, Development, Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Evaluation and Quality Assurance.Training and DevelopmentComPas design curriculum and coursewares for several of the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (SWSQ) which is a national credentialing system that trains, develops, assess and recognizes individuals for competencies companies are looking for. It is based on national standards developed by SWDA in collaboration with various industries.ComPas courses range from operational to managerial levels of intervention spanning across a wide variety of topics for business performance enhancements. In addition, ComPas also customize and conduct corporate training modules (non-SWSQ), contextualised and designed to meet the organisations needs.

ComPas consultants are experienced industry specialists who have developed hundreds of hours of training business processes and soft skill curriculum/ coursewares for government, statutory boards, educational institutions, MNCs and other organisations.Isa J is the Principal Consultant and Managing Director of ComPas. Isa holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Human Resources Development from Singapore Institute of Management. He is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic programmingand an certified in Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy with the American Board of NLP and Hypnotherapy. He has completed the Advance Certification in Training and Assessment, a requirement by Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and is currently, a Master trainer for the program conducted by Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA). He is a certified coach for customer service with the International Customer Service of United Kingdom and is also certified in Extended DISC Profiling.----------------------------------Jerrica Teoh is the senior Consultant and Director of ComPas.Jerrica attained a Certificate in Action Learning Foundation & she is a Certified Behavioral Coach recognised by The Institute of Motivational Living, Inc (USA) and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming approved by American Board of NLP and recognised by NLP University. She has acquired the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) conducted by STADA, a Coaching Certification in Customer Service from International Customer Service, United Kingdom, a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from London Teacher Training College, United Kingdom and a Certificate of Business Chinese from The Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban). She graduated with an honours degree in Business Studies, from University of Hull, UK and possesses a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Studies from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.----------------------------------Chander Naidu - is a a Gregarious and Versatile Facilitator and Senior ConsutantChander has a Master of Science in Training and Performance Management from Leicester University - UK, Bachelor of Science honors in Physical Education, Sports Science and Recreation Management from Loughborough University UK, Certificate in Hotel Management from SHATEC - Singapore, Certificate in Education from Institute of Education Singapore, a Commissioned Naval Officer and is certified to conduct various psychometric and organizational profiling. He lectures at a Singaporean Business Management Educational Center in General Management and competency skills training.----------------------------------Allen Moore a Senior Consultant who works throughout the ASEAN region. Allen has authored, developed and implemented numerous programs in the areas of:- Strategic Marketing, Strategic Selling, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Organisational Development (OD) and Company Turnaround, Balanced Scorecard, Cross Cultural Skills, Team Effectiveness/Team Building, Performance Improvement, Behavioural Interviewing, Communications, Presentations Skills, and Applied Facilitation.----------------------------------Grace Tan has over 30 years of working experience in management, training and consultancy.Grace holds a Diploma in Marketing (UK), a certificate in ASTD Human Performance Improvement, a certificate of competency in Teambuilding Indoor & Outdoor Experiential ( Advanced) by Box Hill TAFE College, Victoria, Australia. She is also a certified National IQC Assessor by SPRING Singapore in 2004 and had been a National judge since 1987. She is also a Pro-Family Business Consultant with Singapore Productivity Board.----------------------------------Ullaganathan has 30 years experience in the fields of Management, Strategy Formulation, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Business Development.Nathan possesses a MBA in International Business, which he graduated with a Gold Award. He is also a qualified Barrister-at-Law (Lincolns Inn, London) and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours).
