up paddling experience that you can get on the Oregon Coast.
Stand up paddling is a year-round activity & can be for all skill levels. Paddle Standing
up, on your knees, or just sit down & enjoy the view!
Lessons & Tour Rates:
Stand Up Paddle Lessons are $89.00 per person-per lesson. Packages include wetsuit, booties, gloves, leash, paddle, & stand up paddle board rental plus 1.5 hour (90 Minutes) of supervised instruction with one of our experienced tour guides.
All packages include an introduction to stand up flat-water paddling. Our goal is to teach you the basic skills required to safely paddle a stand up board. You will learn proper stroke technique, foot placement and stance, how to turn and steer the board, paddle orientation, self rescue and also how to enter and exit the water safely.

Stand Up Paddle Oregon was created to provide outdoor enthusiasts with a unique North West activity in the water while sharing surfing's cultural history as once practiced in modern Hawaii. We offer the best equipment and the best service to provide you with the best stand up paddling experience offered on the Oregon Coast.
Stand Up Paddle Oregon is Based out of Lincoln City, Oregon and all of our stand up paddling adventures are operated in the surrounding area(s). The Central Oregon Coast is abundant with shallow, safe flat-water areas that are ideal for learning how to stand up paddle. For those who are more experienced we offer more challenging paddle tours including stand up paddle surfing lessons and ocean tours.
Ken Wilson
Born and Raised here on the Oregon Coast, Ken's knowledge of the surrounding area is an important factor in helping you to choose the best location to stand up paddle. Ken has been surfing along the Oregon Coast for over 10 years and began stand up paddling in the spring of 2008. Since then he has been a finalist in multiple stand up paddle events around the Northwest including The Rogue Gathering, The Devils Lake paddle race, The Pimp of the Paddle fitness challenge and many others.
With his "Safety First" approach, Ken is committed to providing you with a fun, safe paddling experience. Here is a what Ken has to say about stand up paddle instruction:
"There are a number of factors that go in to provideing a sucessful stand up paddle lesson; A.) The weather conditions, B.) The student's athletic ability, and C.) Having the proper equipment. We take all of these factors in to consideration before choosing the location of each lesson, which size of stand up paddle board & paddle to use, and also, just what type of paddling experience the individual is looking for."
