St. Michael's School Opening Doors to the future:
The fundamental purpose of St. Michael's Catholic School is to aid the Church in its ministry of a Christian education and to take responsibility with parents to develop the education of the whole child through Word, worship and service. For over 90 years, St. Michael's School has been providing a Catholic education to Southern St. Mary's County, Maryland.
In order to ensure the long term viability of St. Michael's School, the THANKS A MILLION! fundraising campaign was established. The ultimate goal of the campaign is to garner 1,000 pledges of $1,000 per year for five years; that is less than $100 per month, less than $3 per day.
However, any pledge or any donation of any size, big or small, will help continue this great tradition.

Sponsored by Archdiocese of Washington, Catholic youth groups of five or more in grades K-12 in the Archdiocese of Washington, Archdiocese of Baltimore and Diocese of Arlington were invited to create two-minute original videos to welcome the pope to Washington. St. Michael's School received 'Honorable Mention' for this delightful video.
