Since the first free range duck we ate, we decided thats the way to go. We knew what food the duck was fed, how it lived, was it looked after correctly, and it showed in the taste of the meat. Since then we now rear, Chicken, Turkey and starting soon with quail. Twice a year (at the moment) we rear Gloucester Old Spot Pig.
There is nothing like a traditional roast dinner. At Mulberry Mill we love our free range meat, especially our poultry
