I am an Austin based tattoo artist, i honed my craft in Philadelphia where i have been tattooing professionally for 3 years. I strive to give you the best possible product that will compliment your body, translate the message you are trying to convey visually, and be powerful and striking to the eye while staying true to tradional tattooing concepts.
I have a BFA from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia (2007) studying under the Graphic Illustration Department (RIP). For years I brought home the bacon screen printing commercially and independently, designing custom tees, burning, and prinitng. Then I had a brief gig as a Print Production Coordinator for a local print shop. From 2006 to 2008 I was the House Illustrator for the Quarterly Internationally distributed magazine, Venus Zine based in Chicago. In 2008 I began my career Tattooing and have been a full time artist ever since. In my free time I keep busy on the side designing custom skate decks, doing freelance shirt designs for various companies, entering illustration competitions, and participating in group/independent gallery shows. I plan on taking over the world :)
My main inspirations are cats, beer, my awesome husband, old school flash, my peers, and the constant drive to better myself as an artist and person every day....in no particular order!
