Wedding and Reception Planning is sometimes very overwhelming, this is why we at Trojan Constructions take all the pressure away from you, so you can concentrate on the more important things like the fine detail to suit your needs.Planning doesnt start just at the local councils. It starts with you, right at your home. From the major necessities like, an extra bedroom, to the more finer details like a bespoke window in the gable end as a feature, we will advise you right from the beginning the best way to design your project with your detail in mind.We at Trojan will submit your application on your behalf and follow it through on a weekly basis to ensure a smooth running planning application.Extensions vary in size, and therefore each property will have different needs. Some extensions will need a planning application to move forward, but in many cases a certificate of lawful development is the best way, saving you time and money.On rare occasions, some planning applications require minor amendments to the drawing to get it through its final stage. This is something that we will do within our price for the complete project, no matter how many times the local authority want an amendment we dont charge extra.

Coporate Events To add more space to your home requires a number of elements like, the space that you have to work with and the area that you live. In many instances it isnt feasible to build within your boundary, so a loft conversion or redesigning your house are other options. These requirements direct us to what kind of project you will need. Private Dining Before we get to this stage there are many checks to be made: A full survey of the house to ensure that our structural engineers can provide us with a full detailed design of works to complete the job. To have all of the planning permissions or certificate of lawful developments in place.To introduce the skilled tradesman to you (the customer). We have project managers that will arrive on site on a daily basis to ensure the highest standard of works and to answer any questions.Through the duration of the project there will be a few decisions to be made, Mostly about positioning of fine details like lights, sockets etc.We will work with you all the way, right through to the end to make this an enjoyable experience.
