I never question what to do, it tells me what to do. The photographs make themselves with my help. -Ruth Bernhard
Born and raised in Murfreesboro, Tennessee I have seen a great many of things. Though I have not had the experience to travel as much as I would like to and soak in the whole world. I'm still not done in the place I call home. Ever since I can remember I have always, some way or another, have had a camera in my hands. To hear people who enjoy my work gives me a warm feeling inside and for that I'm blessed. I'm also blessed for my mom buying all my IIford film and paper in high school. She inspired me to take a camera with me where ever I went.
Each day I seek new ideas and expand my creatvity. I tend to break the rules I've learned to capture what intrigues me the most. When I press that button and hear the shutter I know I have captured history. It always puts a grin on my face.
Why do I love photography so much? It's my getaway from the rest of the world. I was put on this earth, along with many other artist, to get the most out of life by doing what I love.
