Beckys Boot Camp: The Boot Camp started Organically as an offshoot from the Kane Academy of Martial Arts. A small number of Ladies with a medical need to shape up requested a class be created with this goal in mind. They wanted it to be FUN with a CLUB atmosphere where they could SOCIALISE be MOTIVATED and most importantly LOSE WEIGHT.

Becky works you hard (we don't call her the 'Princess of Pain' for nothing!!!) but with a huge amount of praise and encouragement to keep you working out at the highest level you can manage.

£10:00 Gym ID card. New style of card each year. You can use this if you wish to train in the members only gym available at K.A.M.A Gym and Studios
Lesson Fees: £6:00 per session
