Resource Core Consulting is a professional consulting service designed to "fill the gap" for those business situations where your staff simply does not have the resources or cycles to effectively manage key business objectives.
We specialize in departmental policy, process and procedure assessments, cost containment efforts, language access programs, technology and infrastructure design and utilization and can augment your staff during projects or if you prefer, complete project management from inception to implementation.

Who We Are
Resource Core Consulting focuses on start-up to mid-size businesses concerned with business assessment, cost management, customer retention and acquisition, M & A events, contract and RFP negotiations, and project management.
We bring significant expertise with back-end systems with over 30+ years of MIS/IT expertise. Our consultants come from a diverse set of business backgrounds including; aerospace, entertainment, services, regulatory and industrial.
Originally concieved by it's founder Ken Anders, we recognize that many small to mid-size companies, especially with today's challenging economy are resource restricted and are not usually equipped have full time staff available to manage projects, perform internal assessments or drive change.
Process and Procedure Development
Confusion and reduced productivity occur at all levels in business. Many times, this is not caused by your team but more likely created by undefined or mis-understood processes, policies or procedures. Biography - Kenneth D. Anders
Ken Anders management background began as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force secure communications 1978.
In 1981 Ken took a position with General Telephone in California and created the first of its kind automated analysis program designed to detect and identify faulty telephone systems.
Following deregulation of the telephone industry in 1985, Ken worked for Hughes Aircraft Company as a Systems Engineer project managing a worldwide telecommunications project replacing all company voice and data systems.
In 1992 moved to The Walt Disney as a member of their Corporate Executive Team. Ken was responsible for all voice and data communications worldwide and managed global contracts with AT&T, Cisco and other providers
Ken brought his expertise and background in technology to the language interpretation services industry becoming President and CEO for a startup language services provider in 1997 specializing in connecting qualified language interpreters to government and healthcare through the use of telephone systems. Ken's vision revolutionized the industry by bringing new delivery systems such as the dual-handset phone to market.
After taking the startup to profitable status, Ken continued expanding his management skills by becoming CIO for Misys Healthcare during its formative period managing acquisition teams and central infrastructures.
Ken's passion for language access technology led him back to the industry where he continues to provide insight and perspective regarding the development and integration of technology solutions to healthcare, business and other organizations.
Biography - Linda Joyce
Linda Joyce, M.S., CMI, is a professional interpreter, interpreter trainer, language proficiency tester and language access specialist.
She was the former Director of Language Interpretive Services at Grady Health System in Atlanta, one of the largest public health systems in the southeast, where she helped develop a
professional, multi-service language services department.
Linda presents workshops nationally and internationally on aspects of best practices for providing linguistically and culturally competent language services. She has been working on the development and now the implementation of national certification for medical interpreters and serves as a consultant for the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters.
Linda is on the Board of the International Medical Interpreters Association, the Leadership Committee of the Medical Interpreter Network of Georgia, and on the Global Advisory Council for Language Line University.
Linda has lived and worked in Spain, Brazil and Mexico and was a former Gulbenkian scholar in Lisbon, Portugal
