Kinesiology uses the response of muscles when gently tested to find imbalances which interfere with optimum function. Muscle testing enables investigation without intrusion and ultimately means that the session is driven by the response from the client's body. Thus every session is unique and follows precisely what the client "asks for" through testing.
Any imbalances that are detected kinesiologically, are usually put right straightaway using a combination of therapeutic reflex massage, nutritional supplements, and powerful techniques to relieve mental/emotional stresses. Anything from sore backs, old injuries, low energy, digestive problems, stress, hormonal imbalances, low immunity, sleep disturbance, phobias and mood problems can be successfully treated using kinesiology.
Food Sensitivity Testing: no needles, no lengthy waiting on results. The procedure takes under an hour and the results are known immediately. Instead of getting a long list of foods you cannot eat, there is generally one or a couple of "offenders" and a few more that you can have once a week or a fortnight. Plus within 4 days you receive a full written personalised report on what to eat "instead of" and where to find it. This is invaluable if you have digestive issues, low energy, aches or headaches.
This is a healing technique, in which touching specific points on the body can lead to a powerful and efficient clearing of blocks and emotional, mental and energetic patterns. This is accomplished when lying down or sitting, relaxed and fully clothed.
It is a multi-dimensional healing in which many issues can clear on many levels; whether they are family and ancestral patterns, physical and emotional blocks, issues from past and future lives, or energetic imbalances within and around the body and the soul. I had a frozen shoulder and could not turn my head to the left or lift my left shoulder for 5 months. I tried the doctor and other therapies and it did not help. I went to Kamilla for two sessions and my shoulder, my neck and my arm have not troubled me since! After the first session I was able to put my head to my left shoulder, I had not been able to do it in 5 months! I also had an injury in my back from a couple of years ago, at times I had to take painkillers. My back has never felt better. Also, I didn't expect this when I went to Kamilla, but my knees stopped hurting me. They would ache very badly every couple of months since childhood. I used to have to get special heat therpay in hospital abroad every 3 years. I would always feel the weather change - whenever it got colder, the knees would ache even in bed. My little son is 8 and all his life he had terrible itchy eczema under his knees, elbows and sometimes all over his legs. We kept it at bay with steroid creams but it never fully went away. I was worried that we'd have to use the cream all his life. His exzema would get dry itchy and then weepy. I brought him to Kamilla in March for a consultation and a food test. He turned out to be sensitive to dairy and potatoes and also needed several other foods that help with exzema. He turned out to have candida too. Once we had changed his diet and took a remedy that Kamilla tested for him, he did not need steroid creams or anything else! I was very suprised that in just 5 days his skin started to heal without a cream - the first time ever in his life! He's completely free from eczema now and his mood has improved.
