Design Assistant
•Support the Design team in designing and developing comprehensive footwear ranges, ensuring that the product and ranges reflect the current market and ECCOs customers.
•Researching colour trends & Creating colour samples.
•Responsible for ordering and coordinating leathers, textiles and non-textile components for collections and prototypes.
•Provide advice of initial footwear samples, ensuring that manufactured footwear match initial material and colour specifications.
•Undertake Market research to identify the latest trends and ECCOs competitors ranges.
•Research, update and feedback information on trends, colour and fabric from catwalk and directional shop information to buyer and team.
•Undertake factory visits and travel together with the design team to in Portugal, 4 times per year.
