Her long list of credentials include accreditation from The American Institute of Esthetics, The International Congress of Esthetics, The Skin Culture Institute, and the American Academy of Medical Aesthetics, Inc. She is a licensed pioneer in the field of Antioxidant Restorative Treatment, Advanced Custom Blending & Aromatherpy, Innovative Cosmetic Peeling Techniques, as well as in Endue and Aeterna Professional Treatments. She has attended, as part of her continuing education, with Peter Thomas Roth, and Germaine de Cappuccinis.
Works directly with the body's energy or qi, as acupuncture practitioners believe that all illnesses are a result of the natural flow of energy through the body becoming stuck, depleted or weakened and thus making the individual susceptible to illness. ACUPUNCTURE
An ancient method rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture seeks to clear energetic meridians - paths through which life-energy, also called "qi" (pronounced "chi") is said to flow. When qi gets congested, organs, systems and glands that lie along the congested meridians can start to function less optimally. Insertion of acupuncture needles into specific points that lie along meridians helps to release congested energy, allowing it to flow freely, thereby nourishing organs, systems and glands.
