Send Out Cards is an online based greeting ard system that allows to to keep intouch with your clients, family and friends...never forgetting an important date again and allowing you a sysytem to quickly let the important people know how much you appreciate them.

Send cards once a week to new clients and customers using pre-defined SOC templates and cards. Just Task Me! will setup, process and send those SOC based on email notifications for new orders, clients, etc.

Rates Just Task Me! concierge & personal assistant service will be referred to as, "JTM"Services:JTM asked for at least a 24-hour notice for all Concierge and Personal Assistant services. . Cancellation of services require a 24-hour notice. All services cancelled without a 24-hour notice could result in a $25..00 cancellation fee. Cancellations can be hade by phone or email.Our normal business hours are Mon.-Fri. from 8:00 a.m- 6:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours may be arranged based on availablity and will be billed at higher hourly/ flat rate.. You may contact us 24/7 by phone, email, our website or facebook.Rates and Fees:An initial client assessment consultation is free. Most take about 20-30 minutes and can be done over the phone or in person. All normal concierge/ personal assistant services are $25.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. After one (1) hour, client will be billed in 15 minute increments.All evening, weekend and holiday concierge/ personal assistant services will be billed at $40.00 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum. After one (1) hour, client will be billed in 15 minute increments. All rates and fees DO NOT include cost of purchasesThere will be a $35.00 returned check fee.Payment:All service fees are to be paid at time of service completion or on a monthly basis.Purchases made over $200 on a client's behalf are to be paid by client before services are provided by JTM. Purchases under $200 require same day reimbursement.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Client may also fund their own "concierge account" for future purchases. Concierge accounts/escrow can only be funded by cash or check.The following payment methods are currently accepted: check, money order, cash, and credit/debit through PayPal. Confidentiality, Legality & Safety:

* JTM will not at any time sell or exchange our client information to outside sources.

* JTM will not give out any information about our clients without their consent.

* Vendors/Service Providers will be provided with only the information required to complete a specific task.

* Discretion will be strictly adhered to by JTM and all employees/Independent Contractors.

* We will not perform any task that may be deemed illegal.

* We reserve the right to refuse to carry out any task that we feel may be immoral or jeopardize the safety of our assistants.
