In the begining....Gifted with a beautiful voice and unwavering spirit Canadian singer/songwriter Justin Hines has been sharing his talent and positive mental attitude with people for many years.Introduced to the South African territory in 2008 by SA manager Bronwen Nel Justin?s music and story telling began to resonate with a South African audience, and when the idea cameto do a collaboration Bronwen jumped at the chanceSay what you Will.... If it as your last day on earth, what message would you leave? is the theme behind the song, Say what you will, the first version in Canada saw a music video, with ordinary people writingtheir messages on whiteboards in the streets of Canada. Feeling that this message would also resonate with South Africans, producer Bronwen Nel set about creating an SA remix, and invited learners form the Siyaya skills institute Choir and local township Acapella group ?Key note? to join the collaboration. The results were beautiful! It was then that it was decided to also re-shoot the music video with South African people and the Canadian crewmade plans to fly out to SA. Even Archbishop Tutu lent his voice to the video, which so wonderfully reflected the thoughts of South African peopleWhile we?re out there...Justin?s team had discussions with Bronwen in South Africa, and wondered while they wereover in South Africa what they could do to assist in anywayWhat can we do?The gentleman that sang lead in the SA remix of Say what you will, was the head boy at Despatch Primary school in resovoir hills. His passion for music began whilst in school and his son now attended. When asked, ?what can we do for you? he suggested we try andassist the School, which needed a little bit of love and encouragement. The Despatch School Makeover....The team went and had a look at the school and spoke with the teachers. All they needed was a helping hand. So we set about asking friends and companies to assist us in a mini makeover. Everybody each gave a little, and it made all the difference.JustinSpired 2011....The project at Dispatch was so successful that the team went on to identify 20 further schools and in April of 2011 the Justinspired project took place over many days impacting the lives of many children in the Port Elizabeth region....Donations were bountiful, volunteers generous and much was achieved!!!!

Why?
Who?
How?
There are many ways to get involved 1. Volunteer your time 2. Give a gift... 3. Purchase a Justin Hines CD from RAPP and we will donate R30 from the sale to the campaign email: justinspired_live.co.za for all the information
Every little bit that we do makes a difference..... One pencil = 1 learner With all the negative media surrounding education in South Africa it is easy to become ovewhelmed with the enormity of the task at hand. Many of our teachers are rallying depsite the curcumstances they face.........whether it's one pen, a pair of schools shoes you dont need, or paint for a wall......an inevestment into the campaign is an investment into the lives of the childrens future.....
The 20 schools involved with the Justinspired campaign, have been identified by the department of education. The Justinspired team has met with many dynamic teachers and headmasters who despite the challenges they face are working hard to provide a safe and quality learning environment. Many of these schools are delighted just to know they are being thought of. A list of all schools is obtainable from the Justinspired team via email
