I lost my mom at the end of ‘05. She was my biggest cheerleader & my biggest butt kicker. Even now, I sense her energy about, especially while I’m creating...she also gets me through traffic (via honda, wanna know more...just email me)
In memory of my mom, and to honor her life I have set up an "art is for the birds" scholarship fund

Story behind the scholarships:
My mom loved animals, especially chickens.
Chickens were pets to her. If my mom had her way, she would have had a home for wayward chickens.
I remember her last batch of chix, she actually had shipped in and she did this without my dads knowledge, like she was going to hide baby chickens from him.
She was/is a funny lady, and to celebrate her physical life I have created Art Scolarships for kids. the scolarships are to Anitasartscool in Buford, Georgia.
