Weekly: 125.00 (includes tax)
Monthly: $300.00 (plus electric usage billed _ $0.10/kw)
Monthly Deposits: Electric Deposit $50.00

Call Immediately if you have an emergency. Emergency requests consists of: Loss of heat, broken pipes resulting in water leakage, severe plumbing issues (not a dripping faucet), structural damage.
Please use common sense when determining if repair constitutes an emergency and help take steps to avoid further damage.
