Round Baling Round Baling using a Krone 1250 Roundpack MulticutThe advantages of this machine are:MultiCut rotor cutterFeeding the crops in a continuous flow through the knives, this cutter provides shorter cuts at greater precision. As a result, bale density can increase by another 15%. These bales are much easier to split and spread in the livestock building. The cutter uses up to 17 knives to chop the material to a nominal length of 64 mm (3'').KRONE balers with slat-and-chain elevatorKRONE rlow weight minimise draft requirement. The narrowly spaced slats on the chain elevator reduce friction and power loss while giving a superior feed and baling performance. The bale chamber is fully enclosed to reduce fragmentation to a minimum.The benifits for you the customer:Uniform, dense and well-shaped bales.Which means less bales per acre.And less expense!

Round bale wrapping:Either four layers of six layers of wrap.Bales can be wrapped in field directly after baling, or wrapped at storage area after transportation.We can use wrap supplied by the farmer or we can supply wrap at a competitive price.

Using 3.2m mower conditioner.

In busy times two mowers will be used.

Rows can be left in narrow rows suitable for harvesters with smaller width reels, wide rows perfect for round bale formation, or spread flat to allow better wilting.
