A native of New York City's Greenwich Village, Jennifer is a graduate of London's prestigeous Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (MA - Text and Performance) and Hofstra University (BFA in Theatre Arts: Performance). She has over 10 years of professional theatre and film experience working in New York City and London, England. She is a trained director and actor with a background in both contemporary and classical theater and a thorough knowledge of Shakespearean text and performance technique.
As executive producer and artistic director of SHP Productions and a founding member of Token Collective, Jennifer has brought numerous off and off-off Broadway productions to life, placing a strong emphasis on developing new and under represented work and putting a new spin onto classic pieces.
Currently she acting as an Artistic Director to the fledgling company, Random Access Theatre (www.randomaccesstheatre.com), working with several playwrights on developing new work and directing multiple independent projects in NYC for the summer and fall seasons.
