Cocktail culture is at its finest in our fresh-squeezed juice bar, where Bar Manager Dylan Regan has added many innovative new cocktails to our extensive list. Bring friends to try our new Cucumber Cooler or Strawberry Jalapeno Margarita. Chef Manny Lopez unveiled our best summer menu ever, showcasing our love for creativity (try our Grilled Cactus Salad or Colorado Goat Cheesecake) and reinventing classics such as our Basil Encrusted Lamb Loin and Rocky Mountain Trout. Of course you can always find our comfort-food specialties like Meatloaf and Mac & Cheese. Jimmy’s is still the only place in Aspen where you can experience the steamy rhythms of Latin salsa, tango and merengue every Saturday night starting at 11pm.
