Hello. I am Joe Miller. I'm a freshman at Seattle Pacific University. This is Mizero Media. I use this project to share my passion for film and photography.
I grew up in Denver, Colorado where I was surrounded by God's beautiful creation. I discovered my passion for photography at age 14. That passion grew when I traveled to third world countries and wanted to capture the beauty of the countries and of the people there. I am constantly taking new photographs and sharing them on Flickr.
My passion for film developed when a few buds and I created an amateur ski documentary called "Tenemos Trestle." After creating this documentary, I fell in love with the art of film. I went on to create miscellaneous films and even had the opportunity to work for Camp Kivu to create a variety of films. Even though making films is not as much of a constant thing for me as taking pictures, film is something I love and pursue.
I am always looking for ways to improve my film and photography. I keep and open mind to new ideas. I am in the process of creating a major that will combine film, photography, and marketing. Through this program and other opportunities, I will continue to improve my skills and knowledge of film and photography.
But it all comes down to one thing: the person I follow. It is because of Jesus that I am saved, because of Him that I am loved, and because of Him that I can glorify God through my gifts.
