Enhanced Payroll Program
EMProfit Group's Payroll Plus, an enhanced payroll service is designed to provide full-service payroll, benefits administration, and workers' comp services. This "pay-as-you-go" program collects your existing workers' comp premiums along with the payroll taxes each payroll period, and pays them to the appropriate agencies as collected. This eliminates that big month-end check to your workers' comp provider, and improves your cash flow. HR and risk management services are available as an option with this program.

PEO, PEO-Lite, or ASO - GIVE CLIENTS A CHOICE!
PEO - A professional employer organization (PEO) is not a temp firm, a staffing agency, a simple payroll service or placement agency. Your client enters into an agreement with the PEO to establish a three-way relationship between the client, the employees and the PEO. The client and the PEO become co-employers, instead of the traditional employer company/employee relationship. The PEO takes responsibility for HR administration and compliance, for which it charges a service fee. Client employees continue to work at the client company location, and clients continue to exercise control over their business. Employees are paid from the PEO's bank account with the client's name on the check.
PEO-Lite has the same cost savings and advantages of the PEO, but allows for the employees to be paid from the client's bank account. This eliminates weekly wire transfers or cashiers checks and improves the cash flow for the client.
An ASO is a kind of middleman for administrative services for clients. EMProfit Group's ASO plan handles payroll & tax filing for clients, as well as collecting and paying work comp premiums. All employer taxes and paperwork is filed under your client’s FEIN. EMProfit Group handles questions about regulatory compliance and offers assistance with legal questions, risk management, safety, and human resources. Clients maintain a stand-alone work comp policy, and pay their employees from their own bank accounts.
