Jiwon McCartney - Managing Director After spending 31/2 years as a managing partner of an event planning company based in Atlanta, Jiwon followed her passion with ALLURE to plan meetings and events on a national level. With 10 years experience with Hyatt Corporation working in convention services, catering sales and Food & Beverage operations Jiwon finds her true passion in logistics, operations and customer service. After Hyatt, she spent some time as the Director of Events with a destination management company then as an Executive Sales Associate with an off premise catering company. Her experiences serve as a solid foundation for her unique and creative approach to meeting and event management. She sees “challenges” as opportunities to exceed client’s expectations.

With this champagne and caviar package, you truly are the princess bride you always dreamed you would be. This red carpet package includes two senior ALLURE consultants to manage your planning process and two assistants for your personal service for errands and miscellaneous needs the week out. Glamour Half Way There PackageYes, you are half way there and running out of steam and losing sleep over the undecided details for your day. The Glamour is the perfect fit for the bride and groom that have planned some of the elements but need help pulling the rest of the way together. This package consists of 65 hours of consultation, one senior ALLURE consultant and one assistant for your wedding day. Your ALLURE consultant will make sure all your vendors are on the same page to produce your day; so that you can take care of the more important things like pampering yourself to glamour for your wedding day! Enchant The Week Of ServiceYour wedding experience should be one of the most enchanting moments in your life. No bride and groom should panic the week of the wedding.but we all do! This package is for the organized brides and grooms who have planned everything to their liking and now are ready enjoy their day. Your wedding festivities should be with family and friends instead of worrying about timelines and load in schedules. The Enchant package consists of 40 hours of consultation, one senior ALLURE consultant and one four-hour assistant.Charm Day of ServiceYou need that lucky Charm to pull the details off today! Everything is done and all you need is someone to be your eyes, ears, hands and feet. Yes, your relatives and friends should be enjoying the wedding as you planned. Your ALLURE consultant will be that clone for you with the Charm package. This package consists of one senior ALLURE consultant, 1 four-hour assistant and 25 hours of consultation.
