WARRANTEE POLICY: 1.Due to the nature of rubber & plastic; tips and grips cannot be guaranteed from discoloring, scratching or wearing out and is therefore not warranted. 2.Powder Coating is very durable; however misuse in handling by dropping, dragging, scraping, gouging or any other means is not warranted. All metal parts will start to rust over time, especially if scratched and therefore cannot be warranted. 3.Bending of metal components are considered misuse by exceeding weight capacity and therefore voids this warrantee. 4.Tires, wheels, bearings, handles, rubber parts, pouches & accessories are considered wear items and are excluded from all warrantees. 5.All other components carry a full 1-year warrantee from date of purchase against manufacturing defects to the end user who must have proper receipt. 6.Any return must have a Return Authorization Number and MUST BE SENT PREPAID to the factory or will be refused and returned to sender. 7.If in the sole judgment of the factory, after inspection, abuse (example - exceeding weight capacity) was deemed the cause of failure, the manufacturer reserves the right to void any such claim and return product, freight collect to the customer. If however the claim is valid, the manufacturer may at their discretion, repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of defective merchandise and will return the product, transportation charges prepaid if repairable, provided it was delivered prepaid to the manufacturer. 8.This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 9.We cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Payment in full must be received before orders are accepted. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Checks, Wire Transfers and Money Orders. All payments must clear our bank prior to shipment, no exceptions. Sales tax must be added to orders in AR. 2. All payments or deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Returns are accepted according to warrantee. 3. The delivery date is an indication or endeavor to comply, but not guaranteed and therefore is not the essence of this agreement or contract. We cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages in conjunction to delivery dates. 4. Freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise noted. 5. Freight damage is the customers responsibility to settle, products are shipped FOB. 6. We are constantly seeking ways to improve the specification; design and production of our products, therefore alterations and changes in shape, design and form may take place from time to time, which does not constitute a breach of contract. 7. While every effort is made to keep advertising materials, pictures, brochures, web site etc. up to date, pictures, images, or specifications may change at any time and should not be regarded as a guide to current specifications, nor do they constitute an offer for the sale of any particular item or piece of equipment. 8. We reserve to right to display our Trademarked Logo(s) on our products. 9. Products we re-sell carry the warrantee from the manufacturer who made it.
