We are a 6 piece Folk band
Brewed Slowly have been together for 5 years and have an extensive repertoire which includes traditional and more contemporary Irish songs and tunes.
We have played extensively throughout the North East of England in a variety of venues and outdoor events.
Our aim is to create an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere where everyone can feel part of the evening's experience.

As we move into the fifth year of the existence of the band adding new venues and more varied places to take our music.
We ended last year with a charity gig for the alzheimers society (if I remember right) and raized a whopping £600. Thanks to all who came and parted with their cash.
We started off the year at the Irish Centre where we always have a craicing time. Too many requests and not enough room to fit 'em in. Still, we'll be back later in the year with a few new tunes.
We're really looking forward to St. Paddy's this year as we head for the Maggie in North Shields - should be a good night with the black stuff flowing in abundance.
Why not try to catch us at a gig this year - you might be pleasantly surprised.
