Jamison Hill CPT
Jamison is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a performance nutrition Specialist through ISSA. With his diet as a vegetarian, he offers a unique perspective on nutrition. He is currently a student at Sonoma State University and has worked for several gyms and as a youth coach around the Bay Area. He has a genuine love for fitness and living healthy. With a sports background in baseball, he offers a wide range of services that specialize in sport specific training and bodybuilding to nutritional planning and weight loss.

Meal Plan - $50 Workout Plan - $50
The Meal Plan consists of a daily allowance of calories including carbs, protein and fat, spread over several meals.The Workout Plan consists of exercises customized based on your goals. These exercises are broken down into by muscle groups and are described with sets and reps.
Double Plan - $75
• Same as above except it includes both The Meal Plan and The Workout Plan designed to go hand and hand.
