Pre-K Morning Class...Rachel's Challenge...Gifted and Talented...STAAR Testing
Greetings,!
My name is Jennifer Green. I am the Pre-K morning teacher and Student Services Coordinator at Savoy Elementary.! I love the variety and challenge that my current assignment provides.
I graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce in May 2003 with a degree in Elementary Education, and I have been teaching in Savoy since!. In addition to teaching Pre-K, I have also taught third and fourth grades.
In my time away from school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jeff, and our 3 year-old daughter. I also enjoy time with family, friends, and church activities.
I love creating. Sewing, paper crafts, and decorating are some of my favorite things. I also love reading. In turn, teaching is like a hobby because it allows me incorporate so many of my favorites.

Welcome to Mrs. Green's Pre-K Page!
The goal of our Pre-K program is to provide social opportunities to 4-5 year olds while preparing them for success in Kindergarten.
We cover a wide range of activities in our morning class, including letter study, word study, early reading and writing, as well as science, art, and music and movement.
To keep up with what's going in our weekly studies, check out the weekly newsletter and the website below. On the Pre-K Scholastic website, there are also fun games to play that go along with our studies.
