Kelly's Story:
Kelly had been in her job for three years when her position was eliminated. She knew she wanted to do something different but wasn't sure where to start, so she made an appointment with Dave, a career coach with CareerHelpStore. They began by talking about skills and interests that Kelly has, and agreed that she would take a couple assessments to learn more about herself and her potential future careers. From the assessments, Dave pointed out a few options that Kelly could consider which blended her skills, interests and experiences. Dave guided her through the decision-making process and Kelly decided that she wanted to pursue a position in a new field.
