January- We will insert seminar information postcards into the billing statements. The post cards will have information about seminar meeting date and time, an overview of the material, a website address where customers can find more information and register, and a phone number for the customers who may not want to go online. We will also create a link on the Service Concept LLC (SC) website which will advertise for the seminar and promote registration. February- Starting in February we will purchase air time and advertising space from the local radio station and newspaper. The advertisements will inform listeners and readers about the seminar and direct them to the website for further information and offer the SC phone number. We will continue to advertise on the SC website. March- In March we will review the success of the campaign and make adjustments to the communication strategy if necessary. We will continue to advertise using the radio, newspaper, and website.
