First-month Objectives: During the first month for the Service Concept LLC energy campaign, the focus will be to build interest in our seminar. Our goal is to attain 20 people for the first month's seminar. Two weeks after the end of the seminar we will send out a survey asking customers if they have implement any changes in their household and any suggestions for future seminars. Second-month Objectives: In the second month, Service Concept LLC's seminar needs to maintain the original number of attendees and implement any suggestions given to us from the surveys.
