After years of personal training and realizing the positive impact proper exercise and sound nutritional habits can make on one's life, I decided that it was time to expand my business to help more individuals on a larger scale. Through experience, I have realized that every client is different and enjoys various styles of training. At Next Level Fitness, there is a way to reach every client through one on one training in the studio or home, bootcamps, and online training. I took part in the first C3 Fitness bootcamp that Jonathan and Clayton created. Honestly and truly, my entire outlook on working out and eating correctly has changed.
Before, I had a normal American exercise and dieting plan- do what you can when you can/feel like it and maybe you'll see results. You'll always dream about them, but won't always quite get there. The bootcamp have me a new perspective on everything. Within the first few weeks I began to see results. It have me a determination because I was actually accountable to someone at the end of the week. The workouts that we were given were always interesting and gave you new motivation.
By the end I had lost 12 inches and 17lbs. With seeing those results from only 6 wks, I was determined to keep going.
I am now training with Jonathan once a week for an hour and am continuing to see results.
His workouts are personalized and target exactly what you need. He isn't just giving you a routine that comes out of a book, or something you could see in a magazine, he takes the time to get to know what it is you want to see.

Meet The Trainer
Jonathan Brawley
I'm Jonathan and I have a huge passion for fitness. I enjoy pushing myself past my limits and helping people reach new levels of fitness. I love seeing people greatly improve their lives through proper exercise and nutrition. My love for fitness and helping others led me to personal training. I received my bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I received my certification through A.C.E., the American Council on Exercise in 2006 and have been training ever since. I have trained many clients with many different goals.
I believe that many people want to exercise but choose not to due to lack of time, lack of motivation, lack of knowledge, or not finding the right fit. These are all things I considered and wanted to help people who may find themselves in one of those categories. That's why I provide training in a gym, outside, in privacy or with friends, in the convenience of your home, and even online consulting.
I specialize in overall fitness, bodybuilding, athletic training, weight loss, and functional training. No matter what your goal is, together we can reach it!
