Promote 'Human Capital' a name which refers to the stock of competencies, knowledge, and the personal attributes that each individual contributes.
Promote 'Social Capital' a name which refers to the importance of social networks, and brdinging between systems so as to allow greater access to resources, technical expertease and a scientific skills base.
