My name is Jan E. Farris Whitaker I am originally from the small town of Holly Louisiana. I now reside in Bossier City, Louisiana. I am the 4th child of eight siblings. I have three sons Roderick, Cameron and Korey Whitaker, and five grandchildren. I am a 3x graduate of Grambling State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education, Masters of Social work and a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice.
I am a former School teacher who now work as a Social worker. I am an Evangelist, Inspirational Empowerment Speaker, Host of radio show that is broadcasted on KSYB 1300 A.M. every Thursday at 10:55 a.m. entitled "Success Through Action" Upclose And Personal ",Founder and President of Jan's Book Writing Services "An Inspirational Consultation and Coaching Company", Bestselling Author who conducts Book Writing Seminars for the beginner as well as the seasoned Authors. I also teach strageties and tips on How to write a Book in 30 days,marketing, information on ISBN, Library of Congress, Pre-sales and much more. I enjoy reading, walking, and singing for the glory of God. I also enjoy playing basketball in my spare time. My life’ focus is “God” ,and helping others. I especially enjoy working with children and the elderly.
